Chen Donghui Appointed Temporary Head of JD Allianz P&C Insurance, Exercising General Manager Duties

Journalists learned on September 30 that JD Allianz Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. recently announced that the company's General Manager and Chief Compliance Officer, LIANG HAI JIAN, recently submitted a written resignation to the board of directors and will no longer hold the above positions starting from October 16, 2026. JD Allianz P&C said that, upon a resolution of the board of directors, Chen Donghui will serve as the company's temporary responsible person from the same date, exercising the powers of the general manager on an acting basis, with the temporary term of service not exceeding six months in total.
