Guangzhou: Standardize the issuance of personal mortgage loans

Guangzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, and Guangdong Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration: Implementation Opinions on Carrying Out the Notice on Improving the Commodity Housing Sales System. For projects that obtain pre-sale permits on or after August 28, 2026, individual housing mortgage loans may only be issued after completion acceptance filing, and the loan funds shall be paid into the supervised fund account through entrusted payment.
