Jiutai Digital Intelligence (06918.HK) completes issuance of convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$21 million

Zhito Finance APP News, Jiutai Shuzhi (06918.HK) announced that the conditions precedent to the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and on September 29, 2026, the issuance of convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$21 million was completed. Based on the initial conversion price of HK$0.120084154975807 per conversion share, the convertible bonds can be converted into 175 million conversion shares, equivalent to approximately 20.00% of the company's existing issued share capital as at the date of this announcement; and approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the issuance of the conversion shares.
