Zhito Finance APP has learned that John Lee, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, delivered a video address at the first Chinese Development Forum, stating that Hong Kong's first five-year plan is a long-term arrangement that proactively aligns with the national "15th Five-Year Plan" to respond to the accelerating evolution of profound changes unseen in a century. He pointed out that the main thrust of the five-year plan is to integrate into and serve the overall national development, while also building a global cooperation network, and through this main thrust to advance the goals of developing the economy and improving people's livelihoods.
