Wanshichang International (00898.HK) subsidiary sells a total of 440,000 shares of China Merchants Bank

Zhito Finance APP News, Wanshichang International (00898.HK) announced that on September 28, 2026, Ernesto (an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) conducted its third disposal, selling a total of 440,000 China Merchants Bank shares in the open market at an average price of approximately HK$51.10 per China Merchants Bank share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$22.5 million (excluding transaction costs), which will be received in cash upon settlement.
