Zhito Finance APP News, Luzhou Bank (01983.HK) announced that the Stock Exchange has confirmed that Mr. Ming Yang meets the qualifications under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules to serve as the company secretary of the Bank. Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned, due to work arrangements, from her positions as the joint company secretary of the Bank; the authorized representative of the Bank under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and the agent of the Bank for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules (process agent), with effect from September 28, 2026.
