Honghui Group (00183) subsidiary intends to sell Hong Kong property

Zhitong Finance APP news, Honghui Group (00183) announced that on September 28, 2026, the seller Alpha Easy Limited (a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a provisional sale and purchase agreement with the buyer Mr. Liang Jun and the agent, pursuant to which the seller conditionally agreed to sell and the buyer conditionally agreed to purchase the sale shares (being the entire issued shares of the target company Brilliant Icon Limited) and the sale debts, at a total consideration of HK$26 million.
