White Dove Online (02672.HK): Proposes to appoint Zhu Tao as a candidate for non-executive director

Zhito Finance APP News, Baige Online (02672.HK) announced that as more time and energy need to be devoted to other personal and business affairs, (i) Mr. Zheng Yu intends to resign as a non-executive director; and (ii) Dr. Jiang Min intends to resign as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration and assessment committee, and member of the nomination committee. The above resignations will take effect from the date of (i) Mr. Zhu's appointment as a non-executive director; and (ii) Mr. Lu's appointment as an independent non-executive director.
