Yuexiu Property (00123.HK) has been granted a HK$300 million revolving loan facility.

Zhito Finance APP News, Yuexiu Property (00123.HK) announced that on September 28, 2026, the Company (as borrower) entered into a facility agreement (the Facility Agreement) with a bank (the Lender), pursuant to which the Lender, subject to the terms and conditions of the Facility Agreement, provides a revolving loan facility of HK$300 million (or its equivalent in RMB), with a loan term of 364 days from the date of the Facility Agreement.
