The Xiongan-to-Shangqiu section of the Beijing-Hong Kong High-Speed Railway opens for operation today.

At 8:06 a.m., the Xiong'an-Shangqiu section of the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed railway opened for operation. Train G3935, the first departure from Beijing, pulled out of Beijing West Railway Station. This is a Fuxing intelligent EMU train. Along the route, it will stop at Xiong'an, Hengshui South, Liaocheng West, Heze East, Shangqiu and other stations, and terminate at Hefei West Railway Station. The total journey takes about 5 hours and 40 minutes.
