China's first open-source large model for the meat industry released.

Nanjing Agricultural University has announced the release of "Pinrou," the country's first open-source large language model dedicated to the meat industry. Developed by the National Key Laboratory of Meat Quality Control and Cultured Meat Development, "Pinrou" integrates functions such as production guidance, product research and development, and industry services, promoting the intelligent transformation of research outcomes in meat quality control, processing technology, nutrition and health, and quality safety. It brings together industry expert knowledge, experience, and service cases to provide specialized intelligent support for meat research and development, process upgrades, and quality management.
