Zhitong Finance APP news, Xinyi Energy (03868.HK) and Xinyi Solar (00968.HK) jointly announced that, after receiving a recommendation from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on August 26, 2026, the fund manager submitted a China listing application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on September 21, 2026. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange confirmed and accepted the application on September 24, 2026.
