Goodbaby International (01086) receives privatization offer from chairman at a premium of approximately 38.89%

Zhito Finance APP News: Goodbaby International (01086) and the offeror Crystal Aurora International Ltd. jointly announced that on September 27, 2026, the offeror requested the board of directors to present a proposal to the scheme shareholders which, if approved and implemented, would result in the privatization of the company and the withdrawal of the listing status of the shares on the Stock Exchange. The proposal will be implemented by way of a scheme.
