(002840.SZ) announced that due to major project planning needs, the People's Government of Chian Town, Yiwu City (referred to as the "Government") plans to shut down and demolish the factory buildings and ancillary structures of the company's controlling subsidiary Yiwu Huasheng Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huasheng Animal Husbandry"), located on collective land in Xiashuidui and other villages in Chian Town, with a total area of approximately 457.23 mu, and the Government will provide demolition compensation. The compensation amount is 438 million yuan, which is expected to increase the company's net profit by more than 60 million yuan.
