The reporter learned from the Ministry of Emergency Management on September 27 that, in order to ensure safety precautions during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, the Office of the Work Safety Committee of the State Council, the National Office for Disaster Prevention, Reduction, and Relief, and the Ministry of Emergency Management recently deployed work teams across various regions to conduct unannounced inspections in key industries, key venues, and key locations, promoting the implementation of various safety responsibility measures. Relevant officials from the Office of the Work Safety Committee of the State Council and the Ministry of Emergency Management conducted a video spot check on the progress of the unannounced inspections on the 26th. It was reported that Beijing organized various districts and departments to carry out in-depth unannounced inspections, inspecting more than 4,070 enterprises and urging rectification of identified problems, hidden dangers, and leads, strengthening closed-loop management. Liaoning Province dispatched multiple unannounced inspection teams to the front lines, handling identified problems and hidden dangers in accordance with laws and regulations. Shandong Province, in accordance with the requirement of "provincial inspections covering all cities, city inspections covering all counties," dispatched 16 unannounced inspection teams to various cities and organized 16 cities to conduct unannounced inspections of counties and districts. Sichuan Province dispatched more than 4,960 inspectors from provincial, municipal, and county-level unannounced inspection teams, reaching over 14,200 locations, and drawing inferences from identified problems and hidden dangers for closed-loop rectification. Shaanxi Province dispatched 5 provincial-level unannounced inspection teams, 14 industry-specific unannounced inspection teams, and several municipal-level unannounced inspection teams focusing on industries and sectors with frequent accidents, conducting full-coverage unannounced inspections.
