Speedy Global Holdings (00540.HK) subsidiary enters into renovation contract for dormitory property

Zhitong Finance APP News, Speedy Global Holdings (00540.HK) announced that on September 25, 2026 (after trading hours), Dongguan Speedy (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into Renovation Contract II with Shenzhen Jinjun (as contractor), pursuant to which Shenzhen Jinjun will undertake Renovation Works II for the 6th floor of the property. The property refers to Building 7 of Tiangong Zhigu. The fixed total contract price for Renovation Works II is approximately RMB 2.769 million (including VAT).
