According to the Ministry of Transport, on September 24, the total cross-regional passenger flow across society reached 228.509 million person-trips, up 37.2% month-on-month and up 17.1% compared with the same period in 2024. Among them: railway passenger volume was 17.139 million person-trips, up 49.4% month-on-month and up 30.7% year-on-year. Road passenger flow was 208.4 million person-trips, up 36.9% month-on-month and up 16.2% year-on-year. Waterway passenger volume was 650,000 person-trips, up 5.5% month-on-month and up 18.3% year-on-year. Civil aviation passenger volume was 2.32 million person-trips, up 5.2% month-on-month and up 8.3% year-on-year.
