Kobayashi Pharmaceutical says it received a preliminary privatization offer

Following the related reports, Kobayashi Pharmaceutical said it received a preliminary, non-binding joint offer from NSSK and an affiliate of CVC Capital Partners to take the company private. The company said no decision has been made yet.
