U.S. Treasury's 20- to 30-year Treasury buyback falls short of the $6 billion cap.

The U.S. Treasury said it conducted a $4.078 billion liquidity buyback operation for 20- to 30-year U.S. Treasuries on September 24, and the 20- to 30-year Treasury buyback operation received $10.468 billion in bids.
