Holding"), signed a Share Donation Agreement with the Shenzhen One Foundation Public Welfare Foundation on September 18, 2026, voluntarily donating without compensation 122,000 A-shares of S.F. Holding held personally by him to the Shenzhen One Foundation Public Welfare Foundation.
