("Sichuan Nachuan"), intends to sell its state-owned construction land use rights and above-ground buildings and structures located on the west side of Liaoning Avenue, Huagai Town, Anzhou District, Mianyang City, to Mianyang Fuhang Construction Co., Ltd. for a price of 60.1212 million yuan, and has agreed to sign the relevant asset transfer agreement. The company to which the transaction target belongs, Sichuan Nachuan, ceased operations and production at the end of October 2024 and is currently idle. This transaction is conducive to the company revitalizing idle assets.
