Zhitong Finance APP News, China Life Insurance (601628.SH) announced that the company, Wuxi Guoshou Chengda Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership) ("Guoshou Wuxi Fund"), and other investors (each party acting as a limited partner) intend to enter into a partnership agreement with Guoshou Chengda (Shanghai) Healthcare Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. ("Guoshou Chengda") (acting as the general partner) to establish Qingdao Chengxin Zhida Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership). The total subscribed capital contribution of all partners of the partnership is intended not to exceed RMB 6 billion, of which the company intends to subscribe a capital contribution not exceeding RMB 4.5 billion.
