Zhito Finance APP News, Hebei Construction (01727.HK) announced that, given that Daxin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), as one of the top eight accounting firms nationwide, is among the first batch of firms to obtain H-share audit qualifications, has good credibility and influence in the Hong Kong capital market, and is familiar with the regulatory requirements of the Hong Kong capital market, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has resolved to propose appointing Daxin as the Company's domestic audit institution for the 2026 fiscal year. Daxin will audit the Company's financial statements prepared in accordance with China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and assume the responsibilities that overseas audit institutions should perform in accordance with the Listing Rules, with a term ending at the conclusion of the Company's 2026 annual general meeting.
