On September 24, 2026, the company received the "Notice of Filing for Overseas Issuance and Listing of Shenzhen Capchem Technology Co., Ltd." issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (the "CSRC"). The company plans to issue no more than 96,329,900 overseas-listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
