This equity investment will help the company establish a deep strategic binding with Wemade, improve the cooperation mechanisms between the two parties for IP licensing, revenue sharing, and derivative development, and establish a long-term and stable cooperation model; it will help the company obtain licenses and rights for domestic adaptation, development, publishing, and operation of "Legend" series mobile games, web games, and H5 games, consolidating the company's foundation in "Legend" genre games. Wemade is the original rights holder of the "Legend" series IP, and its core IP assets possess strong scarcity and long-term commercialization value. This transaction provides the company with a strategically scarce opportunity to establish a long-term strategic binding at the equity level.
