Cai Ting nominated as Chairman of Ping An Life Insurance

Recently, Ping An Life has completed the election of its board of directors. Following deliberation by the board, Cai Ting is proposed to serve as chairman of the ninth board of directors of Ping An Life, with his qualification for the position subject to approval by regulatory authorities before taking effect. Ping An Life stated that it will continue to improve its corporate governance structure, strengthen the building of its leadership team, enhance its level of corporate governance, and advance the effective implementation of its strategy.
