Notice from Two Departments on Releasing Demand for Sports Science and Technology Innovation and Soliciting Solutions

According to the website of the General Administration of Sport of China, the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Sports Equipment Center of the General Administration of Sport of China have issued a notice on sports science and technology innovation needs and solicitation of solutions. The technical needs released this time revolve around the core pain points of high-quality development of sports science and technology, focus on the three key areas of sports digitalization, high-tech sports goods, and smart venues, and set up 14 technical directions, including intelligent training and data analysis, event officiating and fairness assurance, high-tech sports equipment, smart fitness equipment, wearable devices, digital twins and smart management, and green energy conservation and innovative construction, with a total of 46 technological innovation needs.
