Sunshine Oilsands (02012) proposes to issue 43.7 million subscription shares at a premium of approximately 1.91% to raise approximately HK$6.992 million

Zhitong Finance APP News, Sunshine Oilsands (02012) announced that on September 23, 2026 (Hong Kong time/Calgary time), the Company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber, pursuant to which the subscriber wishes to subscribe, and the Company wishes to allot and issue a total of 43.7 million subscription shares at a subscription price of HK$0.160 per subscription share, for a cash consideration of HK$6.992 million.
