Guofu Quantum (00290.HK): Lei Meijia has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee

Zhito Finance APP News, Guofu Quantum (00290.HK) announced that the following changes to the composition of independent non-executive directors and board committees will take effect from September 23, 2026: (i) Mr. Zhao Gongzhi has resigned as an independent non-executive director, and he will no longer serve as chairman of the audit committee, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee; (ii) Ms. Lei Meijia has been appointed as chairman of the audit committee; and (iii) Dr. Zhou Ziheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, member of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee.
