Zhito Finance APP News: China Energy Engineering (03996.HK) announced that due to age reasons, Mr. Liu Xueshi will no longer serve as a non-executive director and a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee of the Board of Directors, effective from the date of approval by the Company's shareholders' meeting. The Board further announced that it has agreed to nominate Mr. Fang Xiaobing and Mr. Ding Wei as candidates for non-executive directors, with their terms commencing from the date of approval by the Company's shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the current Board's term.
