The total offer price for these allotted shares is HK$31.312 million. The total subscription amount payable by the subscriber is HK$31.628 million, which includes the total offer price of these allotted shares, as well as brokerage commission, SFC transaction levy, AFRC transaction levy and Stock Exchange trading fee.
