Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (01601.HK) enters into procurement agreement and finance lease agreement for energy storage equipment.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (01601.HK) announced that on September 22, 2026, (i) the Company, as buyer, entered into a purchase agreement with the supplier Beijing Ruineng Century Technology Co., Ltd. and Lessee II Beijing Ruineng Jingchao Technology Co., Ltd., pursuant to which the Company purchased Lease Assets II from the supplier for a purchase price of RMB 13 million; and (ii) the Company, as lessor, entered into Finance Lease Agreement II with Lessee II, pursuant to which, among other things, the Company leased Lease Assets II to Lessee II for a lease term of 36 months, with total lease payments of approximately RMB 14.15 million, including finance lease principal of RMB 13 million and finance lease interest income (including VAT) of approximately RMB 1.15 million.
