The incentive plan proposes to grant a total of 7.5961 million options to incentive recipients, and the underlying shares are RMB A-share ordinary shares, accounting for approximately 5.06% of the company's total share capital on the announcement date of the incentive plan. Among them, 6.0769 million stock options are granted for the first time, and 1.5192 million are reserved. The total number of incentive recipients for the first grant is 35. The exercise price of the granted stock options (including reserved options) is RMB 16.77 per share.
