Zhito Finance APP News, GIL (01842.HK) announced that the board of directors proposes to implement a share consolidation on the basis that every 10 issued and unissued existing shares of HK$0.01 each in the share capital of the Company be consolidated into 1 consolidated share of HK$0.10 each.
