Zhitong Finance APP news, Edvantage Group (01410) announced a strategic cooperation agreement regarding the joint development and operation of an agentic AI platform and the establishment of platform business in Singapore. Paradise Matrix Pte. Ltd. (Paradise Matrix), an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in Singapore, has engaged CWG Innovations Pte. Ltd. (CWG), a service provider incorporated in Singapore, to jointly develop with the Group an integrated agentic AI platform, RealRelay.ai (the Platform). The Platform intends to offer a variety of AI agents specialized for cybersecurity verticals through a subscription model.
