The expected increase in profit is primarily driven by an expected increase in revenue of not less than HK$5 million, which continues the growth momentum of corporate finance activities from the end of the previous financial year. This growth is partially offset by an expected increase of approximately HK$3 million in total employee benefit costs for the six months ended 30 September 2026, mainly due to an increase in bonuses related to the increase in revenue.
