Zhitong Finance APP News, Orient Precision (002611.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Suzhou Baisheng Power Machinery Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Baisheng Power"), together with the professional investment institution Shenzhen Kaiying Tiancheng Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) and 8 other investors, jointly signed the "Partnership Agreement" to jointly initiate the establishment of Shenzhen Kaiying No. 15 Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total subscribed capital contribution of all parties to the agreement is 55.2 million yuan. Baisheng Power subscribed a capital contribution of 20 million yuan with its own funds, with a subscription ratio of 36.2319%, and is one of the limited partners of the partnership.
