Zhitong Finance APP News, Hubei Heyuan Gas Co., Ltd. (002971.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire, in cash, a 10.8857% equity interest in Hubei Heyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. ("Heyuan New Materials") held by Yichang Xingyuan Industrial Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), and a 0.0083% equity interest in Heyuan New Materials held by Wuhan Changniu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), with a total transaction consideration of approximately RMB 227 million. After the transaction is completed, the company's shareholding ratio in Heyuan New Materials will increase from 73.3121% to 84.2061%, and Heyuan New Materials will remain a controlled subsidiary of the company.
