Yuexiu Property (00123.HK) has been granted a HK$300 million term loan facility.

Zhito Finance APP News: Yuexiu Property (00123.HK) announced that on September 22, 2026, the Company (as borrower) entered into a facility agreement (the Facility Agreement) with a bank (the Lender), under which the Lender, subject to the terms and conditions of the Facility Agreement, will provide a HK$300 million term loan facility, with a loan term of 364 days from the date of first drawdown.
