Zhito Finance APP News, Huamei Holdings (000607.SZ) announced that the company plans to publicly list for transfer the equity corresponding to RMB 862,000 of registered capital in Zhongjiao Future International Education Technology (Beijing) Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Zhongjiao Future), accounting for 8.62% of the registered capital, and publicly list to introduce external shareholders to carry out a capital increase and share expansion of Zhongjiao Future. The listing reserve price for the equity transfer is RMB 30 million; the capital increase amount for the capital increase and share expansion shall be no less than RMB 240 million, and the company waives its preferential right to subscribe for the capital increase. If the equity transfer and capital increase matters are successfully implemented, the company will no longer control Zhongjiao Future.
