The project construction content is that Fujian Keda New Energy plans to invest approximately RMB 4.5 billion (including working capital) in Baotou Tuyou New Industrial Park to build an integrated project with an annual output of 500,000 tons of graphite anode materials, coordinate and guide high-quality enterprises in the industrial chain to jointly build the Fujian Keda New Energy Inner Mongolia Technology R&D Center, and promote the construction of Fujian Keda New Energy's northern headquarters in due course.
