Zhito Finance APP News, Qidian Guofeng (01280) issued an announcement that the board of directors of China Qidian Guofeng Holdings Limited was informed by Noble Trade International Holdings Limited (Saint Walk International), a substantial shareholder of the Company, that it has entered into a tripartite share charge agreement dated September 21, 2026 with HK Saint Next Investment Limited (the lender) and Pioneer Elite Assets Limited (the chargee).
