Zhito Finance APP News: Transwarp Technology (688031.SH) announced that, in accordance with relevant regulations, the company's overseas-listed foreign shares (H shares) will be included in the list of eligible securities under the Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Connect") under the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, effective September 21, 2026. After the company's H shares are included in the list of eligible securities under Hong Kong Stock Connect, eligible mainland Chinese investors will be able to directly invest in the company's H shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited through the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, respectively, which is conducive to further expanding the company's investor base and will potentially increase the trading liquidity of the company's H shares.
