Zhito Finance APP News, Pegbio Biopharmaceutical-B (02565.HK) announced that, as the Company and KPMG (KPMG) were unable to reach a consensus on the audit fees for the year ending December 31, 2026, upon the recommendation of the audit committee of the board of directors, the Company proposes to dismiss KPMG as the Company's auditor for the year ending December 31, 2026 and appoint Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (Rongcheng Hong Kong) as the Company's new auditor for the year ending December 31, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy arising from the proposed dismissal, and to hold office until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting. The proposed change of auditor is subject to, among other things, the passing of the relevant resolution by the extraordinary general meeting to be convened by the Company.
