Nokoda Technology (00519.HK) completes the issuance of convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$33 million

Zhito Finance APP News: Nokoda Technology (00519.HK) announced that all conditions precedent set out in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled in accordance with their respective terms, and completion was implemented on September 18, 2026. Upon completion, convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$33 million have been issued to the subscriber. The net proceeds from the subscription (after deducting commissions and other related costs and expenses) amounted to approximately HK$32.57 million.
