Huaying Construction (01582.HK) subsidiary wins tender for main construction works contract involving a public housing development project in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong, awarded by the Hong Kong Housing Department.

Zhito Finance APP News, Huaying Construction (01582.HK) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Huaying Construction Limited, has executed a letter of acceptance involving a main construction works contract awarded by the Hong Kong Housing Department for a public housing development project in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong, with a contract amount of approximately HK$1.5 billion. The Group will act as the main contractor to provide building construction works. The aforementioned works are currently expected to commence in mid-October 2026.
