Sources say ChangXin Memory Technologies plans to set up a NAND flash R&D production line at its new plant in Beijing, and the company has also established a research institute in Beijing, with projects including NAND development. ChangXin Memory Technologies has discussed its NAND flash plans with customers, including a newly established startup. The company plans to purchase ChangXin Memory Technologies' NAND chips for storage products used in artificial intelligence systems and supercomputers.
