Zhitong Finance APP news, CIDI Intelligent Driving (03881.HK) announced that certain existing shareholders of the Company intend to convert a total of 13.4542 million domestic unlisted domestic shares held by them into H shares and list them on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) (this Full Circulation). The Company will, on behalf of the shareholders, submit filing applications and other matters to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) in respect of this Full Circulation.
