Zhito Finance APP News: Kaimeite Gas (002549.SZ) announced that, due to the operational and business expansion needs of its wholly-owned subsidiary Fujian Kaimeite Gas Co., Ltd. ("Fujian Kaimeite"), Fujian Kaimeite used its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Quanzhou Quangang Kaimeite Chemical Trading Co., Ltd. ("Quangang Kaimeite"), with a registered capital of 1 million yuan. Recently, Quangang Kaimeite has completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures and obtained the Business License issued by the Quanzhou Quangang District Market Supervision Administration.
