Beibu Gulf Port (000582.SZ) signs an engineering design contract with Beigang Planning and Design Institute

Zhitong Finance APP News, Beibu Gulf Port (000582.SZ) has announced that, in order to complete the engineering design work for the Fangchenggang Port 300,000-tonne-class terminal project, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Fangchenggang Sanya Terminal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sanya Terminal) conducted a public tender for the project. Following bid evaluation, the consortium formed by Guangxi Beigang Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Beigang Planning and Design Institute), CCCC Water Transportation Consultants Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CCCC Design Institute), and Guangxi Communications Design Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangxi Communications Design) was determined as the winning bidder. Sanya Terminal intends to sign the "Fangchenggang Port 300,000-tonne-class Terminal Engineering Design Contract" with the aforementioned consortium, with a total contract amount of RMB 27.98 million. The fee undertaken by consortium member Beigang Planning and Design Institute is RMB 12.19 million, and the amount involved in the related-party transaction is RMB 12.19 million.
